Even before the awards, this selection is a success in itself, as it gives young startups the opportunity to present their solutions and products to a packed audience.
For the public, it is an opportunity to discover the cream of innovation, brought together on the same stage for energetic pitches that paint a complete picture of the near future of the hotel and restaurant industry. Inside the village, five startups will be selected to give a five-minute elevator pitch to a jury made up of journalists and hospitality and restaurant industry professionals.
In addition to media and investor visibility, the prize will allow the winners to win the cost of their booth.
