AI for hospitality and catering: a look back at the Best Western workshops

Led by Victor Bullot, deputy network director at Best Western®️ Hotels & Resorts, and Sébastien Bovard, digital & information systems director, the AI by Best Western workshops brought together many professionals who came to discover practical and accessible uses of artificial intelligence for their establishments.

Through live demonstrations, participants were able to see how Best Western teams are already using AI on a daily basis to save time, improve their communication and optimize specific operational tasks.

Agenda:

• demonstration of internal AI tools • creation of visuals and images from prompts

• best practices for writing effective prompts

• content generation for social media and communication

• creation of menus, welcome procedures and customer support materials

• use cases applied to both accommodation and catering

These workshops demonstrated that AI is no longer a technology reserved for experts, but a real business tool, concrete and immediately applicable in the hospitality and catering industry.
