About us
Your prices are negotiated centrally. They are invoiced site by site.
In hospitality and food service, the most sensitive spend sits in food and beverage, laundry, maintenance and
energy. Terms are negotiated at head office; the invoices arrive in each property, carrying seasonal prices,
orders placed outside the agreed channel, and differences from one site to the next that nobody has time to
compare.
You do not check 5% of your invoices out of negligence. You check 5% because nobody has the time to do the
other 95%. The rest is not fraudulent: it is paid on trust, and the gap between the price negotiated and the
price invoiced is assumed to be zero because nothing looks at it.
What Zylio does
Zylio is the AI agent platform that controls 100% of your spend without ever taking the decision away from
your teams. Five agents, deployed together or one at a time:
- Capture reads every document line by line — invoices, framework contracts, unit price schedules, price
lists, quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, credit notes — in native PDF, scan, photo or spreadsheet,
across several languages and currencies. No more re-keying.
- Compliance checks every invoiced line against what was negotiated: price above the agreed grid, an
indexation applied off schedule or on the wrong index, a volume rebate never applied, services outside the
contract, and the one-cent gap repeated across thousands of lines.
- Compare puts supplier offers on a single grid — same units, same scope, same terms — and isolates what is
not comparable. As useful on a food and beverage tender as on electricity and gas offers with different
pricing structures.
- Matching reconciles purchase order, goods receipt and invoice line by line, with your own tolerances by
supplier, category and amount.
- Exception takes on what fits no standard workflow: invoices without a purchase order, exact and disguised
duplicates, credit notes never applied, off-contract buying.
Underneath, two procurement intelligence layers: Graph links contracts, prices, suppliers and invoices, and
recognises the same supplier behind several legal entities; Insight answers a question asked in plain
language and opens every figure onto the invoice lines it is made of.
What multi-site operations change, and what Zylio catches
The same reference paid at two different prices depending on the property. A seasonal rate applied out of
season. An order placed directly by a chef or a technical manager, off contract and off catalogue. A year-end
rebate negotiated for the group and never passed on. A framework contract signed at head office whose price
grid nobody on site has in front of them when approving the invoice.
Zylio places every invoiced line against the agreement that governs it — on the date of the service, for that
supplier and that property.
Nothing is lost, everything is proven
The contract clause and the invoice line appear highlighted side by side, with the calculation shown. Every
extracted value stays linked to the exact place in the document where it was read. Rules are applied
deterministically: the same case produces the same decision today and in six months, which makes the claim
defensible with the supplier and the decision defensible in an audit. Anything that matches no rule is
escalated with its reason, never dropped silently.
Three boundaries we never cross
We do not touch your ERP: access is read-only, with no module, no development and no write-back. We commit to
nothing without your approval: no invoice validated, no payment released. We never contact your suppliers:
the claim file is prepared, but the relationship stays yours. The agents investigate, your teams decide.
Orders of magnitude, with their scope
Between 1% and 7% of margin recovered, on the scope analysed. From 15% to 45% of time returned to teams, per
full-time equivalent, depending on scope and data maturity. More than 5 million purchasing documents analysed
to date. Zylio does not promise automatic savings: it shows what has already been overpaid and provides the
evidence you need to decide how to act.
Your data, tightly secured
Hosted in France, ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR compliant, AES-256 encryption end to end,
enterprise single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, and a sourced, timestamped, exportable audit
trail. Your data is never used to train models and never shared between clients.
No new tool, no process to replace
Zylio connects to what you already run: SAP, Sage, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pennylane or an
in-house system — through a scheduled export, SFTP, a read-only API, a dedicated mailbox, a file drop or a
scan. Your ERP remains the system of record; your IT team has nothing to install and nothing to maintain.

property, with 12 months of history. 100% of lines analysed, not a sample, and a dated amount broken down by
reason. It is billed on success, on the discrepancies recovered, and requires no access to your systems.
