The 7th edition of Food Hotel Tech will take place on April 3 and 4 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The trade show for tech and eco-responsible solutions for the hotel and catering industry is expected to attract over 8,000 visitors, more than 200 exhibitors and some 50 start-ups. The opening keynote speaker will be Patrick Mendes, CEO of Accor Europe and North Africa. The show, which will feature a program of some 30 conferences, will focus in particular on how artificial intelligence will revolutionize the hospitality sector, in terms of inventory management, personalizing the customer experience and reducing food waste. One-hour guided tours will provide visitors with in-depth insight into key themes.
